Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability and workers compensation insurance, so you can feel secure in using our services.

Do you smoke in the houses?

No, our employees are not allowed to smoke in any of the jobs, including new construction.

Do we need to be home while you’re working?

No, if you feel comfortable with us working without you present, you can make arrangements for us to get in, and we can work while you are gone if necessary or preferred.

Do you guarantee your work?

All work performed by Andrade Painting & Drywall is guaranteed for a year unless actions taken by the homeowner or normal wear and tear result in the damage.

How long will it be before you can start work on our job?

This depends on where we are currently in jobs. As soon as you approve your estimate, I can put you on the schedule and let you know when you can expect us to begin work.

Do you clean up after jobs?

Yes, after completion of a job we remove all scrap drywall and debris from the house, and sweep the area. We also make every effort before starting the job to ensure floors, etc. are protected.

How do you protect other areas of our house while working on a remodel job?

When necessary, we cover finished floors with paper and when possible, cover all openings to finished areas with plastic and masking tape to seal the drywall dust into the area being worked on. We ask homeowners to turn off their heater/air conditioning while we are working so dust doesn’t circulate through the system.

What color should we use?

This is a difficult choice for many people to make! We can connect you with a Sherwin Williams Color Consultant. Depending on the size of your job, this service may be offered to you for free.
